Food waste is off the menu!
We’ve got bigger fish to fry...
Food waste is officially off the menu at Fayre Do’s. We’re stepping up to the plate to do our bit for the planet and give something back to our community.
Bitten off more than you can chew? Take it home with you!
Food waste is a hard nut to crack! But we’ve come up with a solution. If your production runs for three days or more, the Fayre Do’s experience is coming home with you! At the end of each main meal service from the kitchen, all food that is of service quality will be decanted into eco-friendly containers, sealed shut, and left in our open fridge for you to help yourself.
Have your cake, and eat it too...
Owner, Jamie Cook and Executive Chef, Paul Newbury, like seeing empty plates. But they also like seeing empty bins. That's why we're urging you to enjoy our food off-set as much as you do on-set. Whether on the train home or in the comfort of your own home, we’re making it a piece of cake to enjoy Fayre Do’s wherever you go.
Food that speaks for itself...
For more than 25 years we’ve been letting our food do the talking. In 2018, it’s time for it to make an even bigger statement. By taking something from the Fayre Do’s Fridge of Fairness, you're helping us to combat the global issue of food waste. If you wish to make a monetary donation, all proceeds will go to our chosen charity, The Chartwell Cancer Trust, of which we are patrons of.
